Empowering Women Awards Nomination

Whatever Girls is excited to recognize women in the Spokane area who are making a measurable difference in our community. These are women who live, serve, and lead with strength, dignity and virtue, while exemplifying “whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy,” and who empower other women of all ages.

The recipient of the Young Woman Award is not one to follow the status quo, she is making her mark on her community at a young age. She’s driven, motivated to make her world a better place, leading by example and is inspiring others to do the same.

The recipient of the Business Leader/Entrepreneur Award has worked hard to get where she is, has made sacrifices and brave decisions, and is influencing the culture of her industry and marketplace. She is a servant leader who equips and encourages others to develop and use their gifts.

 

The recipient of the Non-Profit/Ministry Leader Award is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and has made significant contributions in the organization she serves. She is a champion of and advocate for those in need, and sees potential where others see “impossible”.

The recipient of the Community Leader/Visionary Award is breaking the mold by developing and executing ideas for the betterment of her community and those who live in it. She is an innovative and inspiring difference maker.

The recipient of the Full-Time Homemaker Award is occupying the highest of callings as wife and mother. Her husband has full confidence in her and her children rise and call her blessed. While her hands are busy with the day’s tasks, she is legacy minded and is influencing the world through her family.

The recipient of the Single Mom Award is carrying the mantle of both mom and dad with strength, resilience and dedication, often while working, and/or attending school, and taking advantage of opportunities to support and advance herself and her family.

Nominators and nominees must purchase tickets to, and attend the Whatever Girls Empowering Women Tea and Awards. Winners will be announced at the Whatever Girls Empowering Women Tea and Awards on Saturday, April 27, 2019.
